Are you using a hacked Xbox or a modded profile?  That will basically screw up everything.

I got one, sporting it right now on my gamer picture.  It's not as great an honor as recon, but it's pretty *** close in my opinion.  And still a greater personal accomplishment to me than when I graduated college, lol.
