I think that once you find the flood they are able to wander freely around the map. plus ES has said that they can take over your troops that are infected, and that you can be attacked by what use to be your army.

Read the newest gamepro, it has all the info you'll need on the flood. Plus the way the flood are being used in this game means that there is no way that they will be a faction u can play as. They are the "Ultimate zombie problem". (from gamepro)

Can marines be upgraded with specific weapons, such as rockets, sniper rifles, shotguns, BR's and so on. Plus are there going to be those pistol guys from the PoA from halo 1 in the campaign?   Plus are pelicans going to be used just for transport or are they going to have offensive capabilities too.

I think those shield door things are upgrades. The covie base starts with a shield covering it, while you maybe able to upgrade these doors to put around your base. Appearantly only infanty can only base through unless the door is destoryed.  Or, they could already be set on key points on the maps, such as by sentinal shops or by those ...

So, what is going to happen to this forum?  Paragon and Solus techincally (spelling?) are non esential personal (spelling again, sorry it's late).

So if they let go of the mods what happens to this site? does this mean no more updates? Plus, this may have been the real reason thunder left, downsizing.   If this is true it sucks, ES has some of the best RTS games out there, and I hope Paragon and Solus get good severance packages.   I doubt that the game will ever be ...
